Shipping:

I aim to post all instock items within 24 hours - however, there are exceptions, such as weekends and bank holidays, and as my Post Office closes on a Wednesday afternoon, there may be occasions when I am unable to post at all on a Wednesday.  If there is going to be a delay with despatching your order, I shall email you as soon as possible.

I use Royal Mail for postage, and I do get proof of postage for every parcel I send.  However, I feel it really is worth considering paying the extra 75p for recorded delivery as we all know Royal Mail can sometime mislay parcels, and I know first hand how disappointing it can be to wait for wooly post and it not arrive.  This option is available when you get to the shipping page.
