Terms & Conditions of Sale:

* Due to the nature of custom work, I am unable to accept any returns unless the item is faulty.  If you return your item because of a fault, then you are responsible for the return postage costs.

* Variated yarns produce different results with each order, depending on the number of stitches and the colour repeat of the yarn.  Therefore I am unable to guarantee how the pattern shall develop, although if I feel there is an issue with the pattern I shall get in touch with you for your approval to continue.

* Payment for custom orders - as from 1st January 2010, I shall require payment prior to commencing orders.  The £5 deposit shall guarantee your place on my custom list, and I shall invoice the remainder, usually the day before I start on your order.
